A critical point for improvement would be the wait times. The drinks, appetizers and main meals took really long to be served. This is because there is only one waitress who attends to guests, does the 2G+ checks, takes the orders and takes the payments. All other workers cook and serve the meals. I found the concept to be a bit strange and inefficient. All in all a really great restaurant with long wait times. ”
